Darin Brooks and Kelly Kruger are officially divorced.
The soap opera stars separated on Dec. 31, 2025, according to legal documents obtained by PEOPLE. They filed jointly for divorce in January, citing irreconcilable differences, just two months before they would’ve marked 10 years of marriage.
Six months later, the Bold and the Beautiful stars’ marriage has officially ended. As of Tuesday, July 28, Kruger, 43, and Brooks, 42, are officially single, per a July 27 filing.

According to the filing, the actors will share joint legal custody of their two daughters: Everleigh, 6, and Gemma, 3.
They shared a statement confirming their split with TV Insider in March. “We’re committed to co-parenting our two children and remaining friends,” the statement read.
On March 2, they shared another joint statement on Instagram addressing the split. “This is obviously not fun news to share but we have shared so many wonderful years together, and we’re truly grateful for the support, love, and joy you all have shown us along the way.”
“While we’ve made the difficult decision to part ways as a couple, we remain deeply respectful of each other and united in our commitment to our beautiful family,” they wrote. “Our focus is on raising our girls with love, laughter, and stability, and we look forward to this next chapter as friends and co-parents. Thank you for being such a meaningful part of our journey — your kindness and support means the world to us.”

Kruger shared a photo of herself in a bikini on a pool float holding a bottle of champagne on Instagram on July 28, the day her marriage legally ended, and wrote, “Lots to celebrate this week!!!”
She highlighted her upcoming debut on General Hospital in the caption. “My first episode airs this Thursday,” she wrote. “I can’t wait!!! Who’s watching??”
