Prince Harry‘s attention will be on charity work now that he’s returned to the U.K.
The Duke of Sussex has an upcoming full calendar of events, centered around his charitable endeavors.
PEOPLE has learned that Harry will attend the Invictus Spirit Awards this month, an inaugural event celebrating his Invictus Games Foundation and honoring some of the individuals involved. Shortly after, Harry will travel to Birmingham, England, for another Invictus-centered event, where he’ll be playing pickleball with fellow veterans and meeting with 200 students.
The upcoming WellChild Awards will also be attended by Harry, a regular event for the Duke of Sussex, who serves as the organization’s patron. He has previously attended the awards 15 times since becoming a patron in 2007.
As was previously reported, Harry is also set to return to Bill and Hillary Clinton‘s Clinton Global Initiative annual meeting in New York City on Sept. 22 and 23, marking his second appearance at the event after previously taking part in 2024.
The news of Harry’s busy schedule comes after King Charles recently described Harry and his wife Meghan Markle’s position as “akin to private citizens.”

Sources have since pushed back on this characterization.
“They are public figures,” a source close to the couple told PEOPLE. “Members of the public know who they are. The idea that they can live a normal, ‘private’ life is sadly not realistic.”
The Duke and Duchess of Sussex have not been working members of the royal family since their decision to step down as senior royals in 2020. However, they have maintained their ties to many of the charitable organizations they served during their time as working royals.
Charles previously issued a letter via the Lord Chamberlain, Lord Benyon, declaring that Harry and Meghan remained non-working royals.
The letter also reiterated that Prince Harry and Meghan should not use their His/Her Royal Highness (HRH) styles and said that questions from official and state organizations about courtesies extended to them — particularly where public funds may be involved — should be directed to Buckingham Palace.
The couple received notice and details about the King’s letter only about an hour before it was released to the media, PEOPLE understands, with a spokesman for the couple saying they were “a little surprised not to have been told about this in advance.”

PEOPLE exclusively reported last month that Harry and Meghan had made the shocking decision to relocate back to the U.K. with their children, Archie, 7, and Lilibet, 5.
A source previously told PEOPLE that the father and son have spoken by phone since the Duke of Sussex returned to the U.K. last month. PEOPLE understands, however, that the pair have not met in person since the Sussex family’s return to Britain.
