Kendall Jenner and Jacob Elordi’s romance is getting more serious.
A source tells PEOPLE that the model, 30, is “very into” the actor, 29, and that her famous family has welcomed him as the relationship continues to blossom.
“It hasn’t been too long, but they seem like they’ve been together for a long time. Their energies match,” a source says of the pair.
According to the source, Jenner appreciates Elordi’s easygoing personality and enjoys how effortless their relationship feels. “Kendall loves that he’s laid back, and she thinks he is fun to be around,” the source says.

As the pair continue spending more time together, the source says Elordi has also made a positive impression on the Kardashian-Jenner family.
“The family has welcomed him in and are happy to see Kendall so happy,” the source says.
The latest update comes just a few months after a source told PEOPLE in May that Jenner “really likes” Elordi and that the pair were “figuring out things naturally” as their relationship developed.

Romance rumors first began in March after the two were reportedly spotted chatting at the Vanity Fair Oscar Party. The following month, they fueled speculation when they were seen spending time together during the first weekend of Coachella at Justin Bieber’s afterparty.
Since then, Jenner and Elordi have continued to quietly step out together while keeping much of their relationship out of the spotlight.
In May, they joined Kylie Jenner and Timothée Chalamet for a double date, with the group photographed leaving a party together. Kendall and Elordi sat in the front seats of a car with their faces partially covered, while Kylie and Chalamet rode in the back.
Travel has also become a recurring theme in their relationship. Most recently, the couple visited Elordi’s native Australia, where they were photographed walking a dog together in Byron Bay, about two hours from the actor’s hometown of Brisbane. Before that, they also enjoyed trips to Hawaii and Japan, spending time together away from the public eye.
