Weekly Horoscope: June 28-July 4: Take a Deep Breath

A mighty celestial week is upon us—so buckle up!

First and foremost, we have the arrival of the Strawberry Moon, which appears on June 29, 2026.

This full moon arrives in the zodiac sign of Capricorn, which ties to ambition and the great structures in our lives. While I would normally say this is a time of great success for the collective — and assuredly some people may find it — the planets are also conflicting with this full moon.

This means that while the universe could offer opportunities to you, you may have to use perseverance and step over some obstacles in order to get there. Just don't lose hope! Remember: full moons can always be felt for days before and after, so this will absolutely be a centerpiece of the week.

Next, quite apparent, is the arrival of our summer Mercury retrograde, which takes place entirely in Cancer from June 29 until July 23. However, we've been feeling things slow down since June 12, and it will linger in this sluggish pace until August 9.

As always, it's best not to make decisions, sign contracts or “begin anything” during Mercury retrograde. It's ideal to return to situations, projects, relationships and discussions from the past. With our cosmic messenger swimming through Cancer, we may feel highly defensive and hyperemotional, unable to see beyond our feelings into logic and the truth.

Mars, our planet of passion, sizzles into the heavens of Gemini from June 28 until Aug. 11. This will make us especially fired up in our intellectual pursuits and communications.

Last to note, Jupiter, our planet of expansion, soars into the kingdom of Leo from June 30 until July 26, 2027. Yes, you read that right—nearly thirteen months! This is one of the best periods in a twelve-year cycle for true love and dating, fertility or connecting with children, expression and artistry, as well as hobbies and just having fun! If single, the stars are on your side! And yes—all zodiac signs can harness this energy!

As for cosmic weather this week, the planets align on June 28, igniting our adventurous spirits and libidos, eager to live life in the moment and sojourn onward! July 3 could bring shocks or surprises; just beware of being too risky or impulsive. Last, July 4 is remarkable for passion and romance — so plan something special on this date!

Your emotions can run hot, Aries, but the universe could truly have you deep “in the feels” now. On a separate note, you may also find that situations involving family, home, or your living space are spiraling off track. Practice mindfulness, lie low, and know that this, too, shall pass.

Taurus (April 19-May 20)

Even though everyone else may seem to be hitting the panic button this week, Taurus, you may have a chance to re-evaluate how you communicate with the world. You certainly have some deep thoughts when you set your mind to something and it would be a good time to really consider how you articulate yourself to those around you. Just note that if people seem to be misunderstanding you at every turn, you can learn from this to become a better listener.

Gemini (May 20-June 20)

The week ahead could feel like you're entering a whirlwind, Gemini! You're used to a bit of spontaneity, but this tempest is going to draw extra frustrations around your income, finances, or money matters. Some of you may notice that income streams are shifting, checks are being delayed or there are confusing charges on your accounts. The best thing to do is to try to approach the coming weeks with a sense of grounding yourself.

Cancer (June 21-July 21)

The entire universe may feel like it's colliding and spinning off in every direction, Cancer. You love to have your life in alignment and know where you're headed, but now and the weeks ahead could have you questioning where your path is ultimately going. Your journey forward may feel a bit “up in the air,” and you may need to take ten steps backwards just to rehash your plans and move onward.

Leo (July 22-Aug. 22)

Typically, you are not prone to too much anxiety, Leo. You have an inherent confidence that no matter what the world throws at you, you can roar and conquer through. Yet, starting this week and into the ones ahead, you may feel as if the universe is testing your limits and mental health — and you may literally feel the need to hide out under the covers, lie low, and reflect on what seems to be haunting you.

Virgo (Aug. 22-Sept. 22)

You tend to be an individual who can quite easily map out every plan and strategy, Virgo, and connecting with those who support your goals and vision is important. From this week onward, you may find that there is a little drama or miscommunication occurring within your social circle or friendships — but if you really buckle down to dig through the smokescreens, you'll be able to see clearly in the end. On a different note, you may find old acquaintances from the past are on your mind or crossing your path.

Libra (Sept. 22-Oct. 22)

The past year has certainly shown a lot of attention to your professional life and career matters, Libra, whether that's helped you soar higher or caused you to move in new directions. However, for the coming month or so, you may find that you have to re-evaluate your ambitions and career plans, as something seems to be off. The good news is that if you take it slowly, you could really revamp your strategies and go further in the long run.

Scorpio (Oct. 23-Nov. 22)

Prepare for the month ahead to cause you to question your beliefs and philosophies on life, Scorpio. The good thing about this, though, is that it may allow you to really form new perspectives as you contemplate your place in the world. Learning more at this time — especially about wisdom from the past — could be quite enlightening for you and feel like reawakening a light within.

Sagittarius (Nov. 22–Dec. 21)

There's likely to be a lot of focus on large financial matters for you now and in the weeks ahead, Sagittarius. Yet, something is a bit off—or could be delayed. For instance, if you are in the midst of a settlement, separation, or major negotiation, you may have to fine-tune the legalities and what each party is giving or receiving. On a separate note, some of you may find a bonus, inheritance, or your assets are in need of extra attention in order to grow.

Capricorn (Dec. 21-Jan. 19)

Partnership has been a significant theme for you in the past year and will certainly be in the weeks ahead, too, Capricorn. Yet, you may find that you and a significant other — personally, professionally, or in collaboration — just are not on the same page and are missing out on alignment. The best thing to do now is to try to take a step back, review both of your needs, and find a way to connect on a more equal level.

Aquarius (Jan. 19-Feb. 18)

Life has been in the fast lane for quite a while, Aquarius, but you may find that suddenly this week it's like you're slamming on the brakes. Your work-life balance, routines, responsibilities and employment seem a bit “off.” While this may free up some extra time for you to lie low and relax, you could also be quite frustrated as you feel like the progress and productivity you've been making aren't proceeding as expected.

Pisces (Feb. 18-March 20)

You always tend to be quite passionate, Pisces, as you pursue your heart's desires with a dreamy sense of hope. Yet, you may feel like your love life and passions are confusing you now and in the weeks ahead, as if you're staring into a magic mirror and you're not sure what is truth or lies.
