The former Spice Girl talked about her critics during a new interview with U.K. newspaper 'The Times'

Victoria Beckham is opening up about her insecurities.
During a new interview with U.K. newspaper The Times, the former Spice Girl, 52, spoke about her own feelings of self-doubt.
“I've spent my whole life feeling that I'm not good enough,” the fashion designer said, adding that the “great thing about getting older” is “caring less about what other people think.”
When questioned by the newspaper about her approach to aging and her fifties, the mom of four said that although she's spent most of her life “not liking how I look,” she now “accepts” it.

The star also said that she didn't think you have to “give up just because you're fifty.”
“That doesn't mean you have to compromise,” the entrepreneur noted of getting older, “you can still look good.”

Victoria went on to reveal that she works out harder now than she did at 20 or 30. “Just because you're older doesn't mean you're limited in what you can do. You can achieve great things as you get older,” she told The Times.
When the former pop star celebrated her milestone 50th birthday back in April 2024, she shared some candid reflections on the aging process via Instagram, revealing she was welcoming the new decade with open arms

“As I get ready to step into 50 (in heels, of course!), I feel so incredibly blessed to have reached this milestone,” Victoria wrote in her social media caption, adding, “Blessed, but also accomplished and deeply content.”
Given her own career pivots from Posh Spice to launching her eponymous fashion label, to her huge success with Victoria Beckham Beauty, the star also reflected on not being tied to one role.

“I believe that you can be many things,” she continued. “A pop star, a mother, a wife, a designer… My passion has always been to dream big, then dream even bigger! Believe in yourself first — everyone else will follow.”
