The Homemade cookbook author didn't specify which of her kids is shown as an infant in the first photo or when it was taken. She and Lucky are parents to son Slim Easy, 4, and daughters Rumble Honey, 5, Whimsy Lou, 2, and Fawnie Golden, whom they welcomed in September 2025.
Nara's Instagram post was followed by another photo of a baby lying on her chest, however, both she and the baby are clad in white fabric in the second slide. She also included a mirror selfie of her holding one of her children at home, and the final photo showed the influencer's baby bump during one of her pregnancies.

"To be honest, four has been an adjustment," he said at the Clarins Night of Extra event at the Academy Museum of Motion Pictures on March 20. “It's been really tricky to navigate, but it's been good, and I think now we're finally hitting our stride with it."
Nara echoed that sentiment, explaining that this stage of parenting felt distinctly different from before, especially given the stratification of their kids' ages.
“Now we have a 5-year-old, so a lot of bargaining,” Nara told PEOPLE, referring to their first-born, Rumble Honey. “So that's been fun.”
