Musician D4vd has been transferred to Twin Towers Correctional Facility, the same jail where Nick Reiner is being held.
The singer, whose real name is David Anthony Burke, was moved to the jail on Wednesday, April 22, according to jail records reviewed by PEOPLE. He is currently being held without bail, and his first hearing is scheduled for Thursday, April 23.
Burke, 21, is expected to be charged with first-degree murder with the special circumstances of lying in wait, committing the crime for financial gain and murdering a witness to an investigation in connection with the murder of 14-year-old Celeste Rivas, Los Angeles County District Attorney Nathan Hochman announced on Monday, April 20.
Burke has also been accused by prosecutors of lewd and lascivious sexual acts with an individual under 14 years of age and mutilating human remains.
He pleaded not guilty at his arraignment on Monday and denied all wrongdoing.

Rivas, a teenager from Lake Elsinore, Calif., was found dismembered in the trunk of Burke's Tesla in the Hollywood Hills in September 2025, just a day after what would have been her 15th birthday. The D.A. announced that prosecutors currently believe that Burke allegedly killed Rivas on April 23, 2025. The D.A. also claimed that at the time, Rivas was a "witness" to a separate investigation into the "lewd and lascivious sexual acts" allegedly committed by Burke when she was under the age of 14.
“Let us be clear – the actual evidence in this case will show that David Burke did not murder Celeste Rivas Hernandez and he was not the cause of her death," his attorneys, Blair Berk, Marilyn Bednarski and Regina Peter, previously said in a statement.

Reiner, 32, is awaiting his preliminary hearing on May 29 after being charged in connection with the murders of his parents, filmmaker Rob Reiner and wife, Michele Singer Reiner. Reiner was charged with two counts of murder with the special circumstance allegation of multiple murders, including the use of a dangerous and deadly weapon, which was confirmed by investigators to be a knife, per the D.A.'s office.
Due to the special circumstances in Burke's case, the charge carries a maximum sentence of life without the possibility of parole or the death penalty. Hochman said his office had not decided whether to pursue the death penalty.
