90 Day Fiancé stars Gino Palazzolo and Jasmine Pineda are officially divorced.
Palazzolo filed for divorce in July 2025, just over two years after he and Pineda tied the knot in June 2023, according to court records viewed by PEOPLE. The divorce was finalized on Thursday, June 25.
A rep for Palazzolo told Us Weekly in a statement that the finalization brings "a long and emotionally difficult chapter to a close,” and gives "him the legal closure he has been waiting for and allowing him to move forward at last."
The statement added, "The relationship and its aftermath placed Gino under significant emotional strain, as he navigated a very public breakup, legal proceedings, and the pressure that came with the collapse of his marriage. After enduring that process, Gino is relieved that the matter is now behind him and grateful to finally have clarity, peace, and the opportunity to focus on himself."
The couple's split comes after Pineda welcomed a baby with Matt Branistareanu in April 2025. She was still married to Palazzolo at the time but had expressed on 90 Day: The Last Resort that she wanted to have an open marriage and introduce a third person into the relationship.
At the time, the couple hadn't slept together in over eight months, Pineda had said on Last Resort. "We are pretty close to getting divorced," she said in a December 2024 episode.

Despite their challenges, Pineda made a bombshell confession during the 90 Day Fiancé: The Last Resort tell-all, which aired in April 2025, but was filmed while she was still pregnant. "I wish this baby was [Gino's]," she admitted at the time. "It’s so cruel to say this, so low, but that’s how I feel. I wanted to live this with you, not with anyone else."
"What hurts me the most is, like, I don't hate him. Like, I still care about him," she continued of Palazzolo. "I was telling him, I came to this country and I wanted to live this dream with you."
After their wedding, Pineda and Palazzolo told PEOPLE they were interested in having a child together. "I'm excited about being a happy family with my children and husband and having a child of our own," Pineda said, while Palazzolo said he was hoping to "potentially have a child" with her.
"It was one of the happiest days of my life," Pineda said of her wedding day in Michigan. "I married the love of my life."
Palazzolo called it "my dream wedding come true," and said it was "a super amazing day that I will not forget!"

He described Pineda as "a very caring person [who] can make me smile."
"I love that we have been able to overcome difficult times together and keep a strong bond and love for each other," he said. "I also admire that Jasmine is motivated to do well in her career and life, and that she takes great care of her children, even being far from Panama."
