“He was intelligent, thoughtful and inquisitive,” Mason continued. “Brodan had such a bright future ahead of him and it is heartbreaking that it has been taken from him in such a tragic manner. Brodan enriched the lives of so many people in such a wonderful way. We will miss him dearly and we will treasure the legacy he left on all who knew him.”
Mason went on to say the Dubickas' memory would be commemorated at the right time. “We know how difficult the coming days and weeks will be for all those close to Brodan and all those affected by this tragic news,” he continued. “School will be open as normal for all students on Tuesday morning and there will be comprehensive help, support and advice in place for those who need it.”
