BuonaSera on the Lake is about 60 miles away from Dessner's recording studio, Long Pond Studio, where Swift and Sheeran have both recorded several of their songs. Swift also filmed her live folklore special at Long Pond.
Further downstate in New York City, Swift's friend and fellow musician Sabrina Carpenter was seen enjoying a meal out with friends at Emmett's on Grove in the West Village.

Last week, The New York Times reported that Swift and Kelce have rented out Madison Square Garden for a multi-day event, and a City Hall representative later confirmed to PEOPLE that a permit has been filed through the City Street Activity Office to shut down the area around MSG.
Then on Monday, June 29, trucks were spotted outside the iconic New York City venue with workers loading equipment, grass and other decorations into MSG. A few black equipment boxes were seen, including one which was labeled "Garden Party" in purple.
Sources told PEOPLE that there were around 40 MSG employees all in uniform working to prepare the space, with staff "working through the night" for a "big event."

On Tuesday, staff was seen putting down red carpet at MSG, per a video posted by Deuxmoi. The stairs leading into the south entrance were covered in the red velvet rug as staff continued to prepare for the event. However, just a few hours later, the carpet was removed, according to Page 6.
Although the couple has kept most of the details of their upcoming wedding private, sources told Page Six and Rolling Stone that Stevie Nicks, 78, a longtime friend and collaborator of Swift, will sing during their nuptials.
Swift and Kelce got engaged in August 2025 after nearly two and half years of dating. The two announced their happy news on Instagram with a fittingly cheeky caption: "Your gym teacher and your English teacher are getting married."
