Lisa Hochstein and her ex-boyfriend, Jody Glidden, are no longer facing criminal charges.
Lisa and Glidden were each arrested in April on one felony charge of interception of wire, oral, or electronic communications, after allegedly placing a recording device in her ex-husband Leonard “Lenny” Hochstein's car amid their divorce proceedings in 2023.
However, they reached an agreement with the prosecution, and the charges "will be dismissed mid-June without any admission of guilt or conviction," their defense attorneys, Jayne Weintraub and Howard Srebnick, said in a statement to USA Today on Tuesday, May 19.
PEOPLE reached out to Weintraub and Srebnick for comment.
Lisa, 43, and Glidden, 52, were accepted into The Advocacy Program's felony pre-trial diversion program, according to court documents obtained by PEOPLE. The private, not-for-profit justice agency offers court-ordered individuals the ability to have their arrest record "sealed and/or expunged" and have the charges dropped by the State Attorney's Office if they remain "arrest-free," according to the agency's site.
Glidden was arrested on April 12. He was released after posting a $5,000 bond and later entered a not guilty plea. Lisa surrendered to police on April 15, was released on a $5,000 bond and pleaded not guilty.

Their April arrests followed the March 2023 warrant, in which Lenny loaned Lisa his new silver Mercedes-Benz GLS 600 Maybach after she requested to borrow it, allegedly claiming “that she was thinking of buying one” for herself, per an arrest warrant obtained by PEOPLE.
Lisa returned the vehicle two days later, and on March 31, 2023, Lenny allegedly “noticed a suspicious device in the driver seat floorboard,” which was ultimately identified as a “hidden recorder.”
“It was covered in tape which, upon learning the nature of the device, the victim suspected was used to secure it under the seat and out of view,” per the warrant. Lenny then alerted his lawyer, and they hired experts who recovered several recordings from the device, the warrant claims, adding that “one of the last recordings from before the vehicle was returned to the victim depicts Lisa Hochstein and Glidden holding a discussion and the distinct sound of a device such as the hidden recorder being wrestled into place.”
The device later captured the former couple speaking about their kids, his plastic surgery practice, finances and a construction project, according to the arrest warrant.
Lenny told authorities that he confronted Lisa about the recordings and confirmed he did not consent to being recorded. He turned the device over to police.
Detectives allegedly recovered deleted material from the device, including a tape of Lisa and Glidden “engaged in intimate activities” and other conversations between them, according to the warrant.
Upon further investigation, per the warrant, it was discovered that Glidden purchased “two devices of the exact same make and model” on Amazon three months prior.

Lenny filed for divorce from Lisa in May 2022. The pair were married for 13 years and finalized their split in November 2024. They share two children, son Logan, 10, and daughter Elle, 6. Lenny was ordered to pay Lisa $15,000 per month in child support once Logan turns 18.
Amid their divorce battle, they were involved in contentious proceedings, and Lisa alleged she was being "financially strangled" by Lenny. His then-girlfriend Katharina Mazepa also filed a restraining order against Lisa, though it was later dismissed.
