NEED TO KNOW
- The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission announced that over 125,000 Cosyland toddler tower stools have been recalled
- Consumers are at risk of collapse, falling and entrapment hazards while using the product, according to the recap announcement
- The recall follows 25 reports of alleged stability issues and eight injuries, including bruising, scrapes and a fractured arm
Three different toddler tower products have been recalled over safety concerns that could result in serious injury or death, according to the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC).
The CPSC announced on Thursday, May 14, that 125,200 Cosyland-branded children's tower stools are impacted by the recall. The two recalled models are CS0003 and CS0092-4. The affected stools were sold on Amazon for around $70 from April 2021 through November 2025.
The CPSC alleges that the recalled tower stools "can collapse or tip over while in use."
"A child's torso can fit through the openings on the front and back sides, which can pose a risk of serious injury and death due to tip over, fall, and entrapment hazards," the CPSC alleged.

The CPSC was made aware of 25 reports of alleged stability issues and falls. Due to the incidents, eight people were injured, including bruising, scrapes and a fractured arm, according to the recall notice.
The gray or bamboo stools measure about 16 inches deep, 18 inches wide, and 35 inches tall. "COSYLAND” and warning labels are visible along the top rails.
Customers are advised to stop using the recalled product until it can be repaired.
Cosyland is instructing consumers to contact the company for repair parts, which include protective nets, stabilizing feet and installation instructions. The repair parts will be delivered free of charge.
The CPSC previously announced 12,830 toddler towers made by other brands were recalled on April 30. The affected products include TOETOL Tower Stools, Wiifo Children's Tower Stools and AMZCMJ DGD Children's Tower Stools.
Around 3,000 TOETOL Tower Stools DETD0001 were recalled. The TOETOL products were sold from October 2024 to March 2026 and allegedly caused at least 18 cases of stool collapse, with 11 injuries reported, including bruising, cuts, and scrapes.
The Wiifo LT005 tower stools recall affected about 9,700 units sold from June 2022 through March 2026. There have been 22 reports of the stools collapsing, with six injuries, including bruising and scrapes.
There were 130 AMZCMJ DGD stools recalled, which were sold from February 2025 through March 2026. There have been seven reported incidents and four reported injuries involving the product, including bruises, splinters and scrapes.
