The home is a “beautifully maintained treasure,” according to the property's listing agent Jacob Bean.
“It's a charming 'one-of-one' property that manages to feel like a private resort while remaining incredibly approachable,” he tells PEOPLE in an emailed statement. “The Brolins poured so much love into the curation of this estate, and the result is a beautiful compound that has quite literally been the preferred home-away-from-home for Hollywood's elite while filming in Georgia.”

The property also includes a detached two-story guest suite complete with a living room, dining room and full kitchen. The unit also has a vaulted primary bedroom with its own covered porch.
“In the Atlanta luxury market, privacy is the ultimate currency. This estate has served as a discreet haven for some of the biggest names in the film industry, and for good reason,” Bean adds. “Between the secluded location and the compound-style layout, it offers a level of security and serenity that makes it a turn-key solution for high-profile residents who need to disappear from the world while staying in the heart of the city.”
