Lufthansa, a German airline, has elevated its first-class cabins over the years into a luxurious premium experience.
Known as Allegris, the airline has rolled out refurbished versions of all of its economy, premium economy, business and first-class cabins.
At the time, Lufthansa's first-class cabin gained attention, particularly for the "Suite Plus" option.
Inside the extravagant double cabin, there is an option to turn two wide seats into a double bed and enjoy the entertainment selection on a 43-inch monitor with 4K quality. They also provide a tablet to adjust settings or turn on a "Do Not Disturb" button for some extra privacy.
For the dining options, Lufthansa's website describes it as "reminiscent of a Michelin-star restaurant." They offer a caviar service, four to five main courses, a selection of cheeses, desserts, chocolates and many more delicious bites on the menu.
While Lufthansa isn't the only airline to offer a double bed, it is bringing its Allegris experience to major hubs across North America.
