During her sultry debut shoot, the 38-year-old mom-of-four posed on the beach in a plunging one-piece swimsuit (for which I’ve found an affordable lookalike). But, thanks to my passion for makeup, I was mainly focused on her glowy glam, which was created by makeup artist Kelsey Deenihan using only Charlotte Tilbury products.
In crafting Duff’s “ultimate beach beauty,” Deenihan divulged that she used the smoothing foundation, which Cher recently wore on the red carpet. She also utilized the crease-resistant concealer and long-wearing mascara that I’ve spotted on Kate Hudson and Emily Blunt.

As someone who used to exclusively use this foundation, I understand why Deenihan utilized it on Duff. Its subtly blurring and hydrating formula results in a smooth and non-cakey finish. Plus, it stays put throughout long days in the office and nights out. I also appreciate that just one pump of the product provides ample coverage.
Deenihan told me that before applying the foundation, she “worked Hollywood Flawless Filter in 4.5 into the skin first to create a soft, diffused light.” She then applied the foundation, but kept “the coverage focused and breathable so [Duff’s] natural skin still came through.” The exact shade used on Duff, 6 Neutral, isn’t available at Amazon, although 6 Warm and 7 Neutral are similar.

Two more standout products in Duff’s lineup include a lightweight concealer and a volumizing mascara.
The concealer’s formula is infused with a mix of hyaluronic acid and squalane, which keeps the delicate skin under your eyes hydrated. “It glides on smooth and is a breeze to blend,” shared a shopper with dark undereye circles. They went on to say that it “doesn’t feel greasy or heavy.” Deenihan used a lighter shade of concealer (in 5.5) to brighten Duff’s complexion.
To “lift and open the eyes, while keeping [the look] natural,” Deenihan employed the Exagger Eyes Volume Mascara. One buyer praised this product because it “gives instant volume and noticeable length without clumping.” Plus, “it lasts all day without smudging or flaking.”
