Chloe Bailey is sharing how proud she is of her younger sister, Halle Bailey, as their respective careers continue to take off.
In an exclusive chat for PEOPLE in 10, Chloe, 27, spoke about her experience supporting Halle, 26, at a screening of her You, Me & Tuscany rom-com in April.
"Sis and I, we started doing everything together, so we're each other's safety blanket," Chloe said, referring to the siblings getting their start together as a musical duo. "I was so happy to be there at the screening in L.A. to support her for her incredible rom-com."
She added, "It's so fun to see how we're both doing our thing and killing it equally, and also, it just makes when we come together that much more special."

Halle, who starred alongside Bridgerton alum Regé-Jean Page in the movie, previously spoke to PEOPLE about how she felt similar to her character, Anna, at the film's premiere at Lincoln Center's Rose Theater in New York City on April 8.
"I think it's all about just using your real-life experiences to influence the character and connecting with the character," she said, adding that she and Anna are both just "young women trying to figure out life."
"Sometimes you gotta fake it till you make it, but you get through it, and you get back up. And I love that about Anna, and I hope that people love that about her too when they watch the film," Halle added.
Chloe is also leading a new movie, playing Layla in the psychological thriller Strung.

According to a synopsis, the movie follows Layla, "a talented violinist whose new job tutoring for an elite family turns into a battle for safety and sanity when she realizes her past links to the family's patriarch — and it's a fight for her sanity and survival."
"It was very exciting and very spontaneous," Chloe told PEOPLE about filming Strung. "We didn't know what we were going to get ourselves into until the day of, even though we did plan a lot and we had rehearsals and things. You just never know what the day might bring, and it was fun putting fake blood on. It was fun doing music another day, which is always my love. You never knew what you were gonna get."
When asked if she trusts her own instincts, just as her character senses something is off with the family in the film, Chloe said, "So, that's something I'm currently trying to work on, to not be as impulsive when it comes to my feelings."

"I'm trying to be a little more disciplined," she continued. "So, yes, but Layla, some moments she's with it, ride or die, and some moments she hesitates. So, I think she's constantly in fight-or-flight mode, and you never know what you're gonna get from her."
Strung premieres exclusively on Peacock on June 26.
