Cat owners know all too well how difficult a trip to the vet is.

But this feline took things a step further when it got trapped inside a mechanical chair trying to escape its owner taking it to the vet in Kansas.

The Overland Park Police Department (OPPD) shared images of officers and firefighters tending to the distressed pet on Instagram on Saturday, March 21.

The furry ginger and white feline was pictured stuck in the chair’s mechanism as officials attempted to free the pet while wearing protective gloves.
