Brooks Nader shared a shocking realization from her trip to the Arctic.
Brooks, 29, shared a photo of her sister Sarah Jane's bloody sheets after her nipple piercings started bleeding in the extremely cold temperatures of Norway on her Instagram Stories.
"PSA: Take your nipple rings out before you go to the Arctic!!!! @sarahjanenader," Brooks wrote.
Sarah Jane promptly shared a photo of herself bundled up on a snowmobile while wearing a helmet, unzipping her fitted black jacket, on her own Instagram Stories.
“Checking on the rings 💀,” Sarah Jane captioned the post.
The Nader sisters, including Brooks, Sarah Jane, Grace Ann, and Mary Holland, are currently in Svalbard, Norway, as part of a research trip funded by the Space Prize Foundation, NYU Langone Health and the University of Arizona, Us Weekly reported.
“The study aims to explore how cold temperatures, isolation and disrupted light-dark cycles, which are conditions that mirror those found in space, affect women’s hormonal balance, menstrual cycles, sleep patterns and overall physiological adaptation,” a press release obtained by the outlet read.

“I’ve been on some freezing shoots but staying in a tent in the middle of the Arctic definitely takes the cake,” Brooks told Us Weekly. “Plus advocating for women’s health with my sisters? I would crawl to the Arctic for that.”

The show follows the sisters in the wake of Brooks’ 2023 Sports Illustrated Swimsuit cover, Dancing With the Stars stint and public split from Gleb Savchenko. Meanwhile, Mary Holland attempts to juggle her career in finance with modeling, while Grace Ann and Sarah Jane set out to conquer N.Y.C. just like their big sisters — all while living under the same roof.
The show was renewed for a second season in November 2025, according to Deadline.
