The cast and crew of Ted Lasso weren’t ready to hang up their football gear after wrapping season 3. Viewers believed with all their hearts that the hit Apple TV+ series would return, and lo and behold, it has for a fourth season. And now that season 4 is almost here, dedicated fans want to tour the show’s filming locations in England. (Yes, even American viewers are willing to make the trip across the pond.)

There are four seasons of Ted Lasso altogether! The first through third seasons are available to stream on Apple TV+, and season 4 premieres on August 5, 2026.

All seasons of the show have been shot around England, of course! After all, how could you film an English football team anywhere else?
According to Visit Britain, the show has been filmed in Richmond upon Thames and London. Specific filming locations include Paved Court, The Prince’s Head, Richmond Green, the Richmond Theatre, Selhurst Park and Wembley Stadium, the prime venue for huge concerts and events.

Several people from past seasons are, unfortunately, not in the fourth season of Ted Lasso. Among the most recognizable names are Phil Dunster, Nich Mohammed, James Lance and Cristo Fernández.
Anthony Head, who played Rebecca’s cheating ex-husband, Rupert, died in June 2026.
Dunster played Jamie Tartt from seasons 1 through 3. As fans recall, Jamie was the ultimate jerk and womanizer but eventually realizes he has feelings for Keeley. Dunster could not reprise his role on the show due to scheduling conflicts with HBO’s Rooster.
Lance, for his part, played journalist Trent Crimm, whose presence on the show became a fan-favorite. Eventually, viewers saw Trent become an independent reporter and an unlikely ally to AFC Richmond.
Mohammed’s character, Nate, underwent a shocking character transformation between seasons 2 and 3. After turning against AFC Richmond, Nate worked with competitor West Ham United. But by the end of the third season, Nate reconciled with Ted and redeemed himself by returning to Richmond.
