Starbucks is introducing two colorful new creations for summer.
Starting Tuesday, June 16, the coffee chain will begin serving a Blue Coconut Refresher and an Iced Blue Coconut Matcha for a limited time.
For each drink sold through July 7, the company will donate 25 cents to Water.org's Get Blue initiative, which supports access to clean water.
The Blue Coconut Refresher features coconut, strawberry and açaí flavors, and is shaken with ice and blue spirulina.
There are two variations on the beverage: the Blue Coconut Lemonade Refresher and the Ocean Drink, which has coconut milk. Fans can also customize the Refresher with the caffeine level they prefer.

The Iced Blue Coconut Matcha includes mango flavors and is topped with toasted coconut cold foam. It also gets its bold hue from the addition of blue spirulina.
PEOPLE got an early taste of both beverages. We tried the Blue Coconut Refresher with coconut milk, which nicely balanced the tart strawberry and offered a sweet, summery sip.
We enjoyed how the earthy matcha complemented the tropical mango and coconut notes in the Iced Blue Coconut Matcha, which had a rich, creamy texture. (The brand previously launched an Iced Mango Cream Matcha in April.)
In May, Starbucks announced a new Tropical Butterfly Refresher which blends passionfruit and guava flavors, and features mango-pineapple flavored pearls.
The layered drink gets its purple color from a butterfly pea flower infusion.
Customers can opt to have the drink made with lemonade or coconut milk, and also choose the level of caffeine and B vitamins.
Starbucks also brought back the Iced Horchata Shaken Espresso for its summer menu, which launched May 12.
The cold beverage, inspired by Mexican-style horchata, originally debuted at the coffeehouse in 2025. It includes Starbucks Blonde Espresso, horchata syrup and oat milk, and offers “a fusion of warm cinnamon, sweet vanilla and subtle nutty notes of toasted rice flavors,” according to the company.
The summer menu also includes a new Horchata Frappuccino and the return of the Unicorn Cake Pop, which includes vanilla cake mixed with confetti sprinkles and dipped in white chocolate icing.
