Seth Bolt and Wife Tori Welcome Second Baby Together, a Boy, 10 Days Before His Due Date (Exclusive)

The couple, who run BOLT FARM, are also parents to 3-year-old daughter Amma

Seth Bolt and his wife Tori have welcomed another little one into their family!

The couple, who are the founders of BOLT FARM in Tennessee, have welcomed their second baby together, sharing the news exclusively with PEOPLE. Their son Tennessee Bank was born on Wednesday, Sept. 16 at 7 p.m., 10 days before his due date. Tennessee weighed 7 lbs., 5 oz., and measured 19.25 inches long.

“After everything we went through with IVF, the waiting, the praying, holding him for the first time felt like a dream come true,” Tori tells PEOPLE. “I practiced Christian hypnobirthing throughout my pregnancy, and while I can’t say birth was pain-free, it was the most peaceful, joyful and empowering experience.”

“Scripture and prayers were playing in the room the entire time. There were a few curveballs, as there are with any birth, but we navigated every one of them together. He was worth every single moment of that journey,” she says.

Seth adds that as with their 3-year-old daughter Amma’s birth, Tori was completely unmedicated.

“No epidural, no interventions, just her faith, her breath and a will that I genuinely cannot comprehend. I’ve watched this woman do it twice now and I’m more in awe of her than the day I met her,” he says. “People talk about mental toughness like it’s a productivity hack.”

“Tori is proof that when you develop a strong mind, you develop a strong life,” adds Seth. “She’s the strongest person I know and it’s not close.”

When Tori did give birth to Tennessee, Seth was there to catch his son — a moment he calls “exhilarating.”

“Time completely stood still and I was so locked in,” he explains. “Everything else melted away.”

As for her own experience, Tori says that she was surrounded by the “most incredible team,” which included Seth, her doula, her midwife and a nurse who also acted as a mindset coach.

“From my first contraction to Tenn’s arrival was about six hours,” shares Tori. “I got to labor in a tub, which was a first for me. Honestly, I always thought water labor was overhyped until I experienced it myself. I would have delivered in that tub if the hospital allowed it.”

“Seth and and I did some couples labor positions that were so sweet and intimate. When I hit that wall of exhaustion and started wondering, ‘Can I really do this?,’ Seth would tell me with excitement and conviction, ‘You’re going to meet your son tonight!’ That gave me the strength to press through, and sure enough, Tenn came shortly after,” she adds.

When it came to naming their little one, the couple pulled from their family’s story.

“His name tells our whole story. Tennessee comes from Tanasi, a Cherokee word for ‘where the waters meet,’” explains Seth. “It’s the land we live on, the state that shaped us and a thread back to the Cherokee heritage that Amma (means ‘mother’) already carries.”

“Banks comes from a NEEDTOBREATHE song I brought to life years ago,” continues Seth, referring to the song “Banks.” “I left that band to build a family and have a son. And then I named that son after the song. Put them together and you get the bend in the river and the banks that hold it. A meeting place and a promise. The land and the love song.”

Tori adds that they knew their son’s name was Tennessee from the beginning, but weren’t sure about the middle name for a little while.

“His middle name, however, came at the eleventh hour…literally minutes before we left the hospital,” she shares. “We had a shortlist, but didn’t know for certain what it would be until we held our little boy in our arms and spend some time with him.”

Now that they’re a family of four, Seth and Tori share that their older daughter Amma is loving becoming a big sister.

“Amma is completely obsessed. She’s big into rhyming right now and calls him ‘Tenn Penn,’ ” Seth shares. “She wants to hold him, feed him, sing to him. She’s been talking about being a big sister since the day we told her, and now that he’s here, she has fully stepped into the role. Amma means ‘mother’ in Cherokee, and she is truly a little mama. We always knew she’d be a natural.”

One of the moments the couple will always remember is when they were still in the hospital, and all the doctors and nurses had left the room.

“We were cuddled up in bed in our candlelit room with our brand new son,” says Tori. “No noise, no rush, just soaking in the moment and thanking God for this little miracle. That silence was sacred.”

Seth adds that another special moment was watching Amma met Tennessee for the very first time.

“She walked in so quietly, almost reverent, and whispered, ‘Hi baby.’ Then she sat down and I placed him on her lap,” he remembers. “She looked up at us with pure delight.”

“Tori and I looked at each other with tears streaming down our faces. It was everything we’d been hoping and praying for. Our family of four, together,” Seth gushes.
