Marks’ confession was revealed in a new episode of ‘The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City’

Meredith Marks has a new look.
In the Sept. 23 episode of The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City season 7, the jewelry designer and DJ reveals that she underwent a facelift while on a ski day hosted by friend Lisa Barlow.
“Seeing some of these women is more painful than my facelift recovery,” Marks, 54, says of her plastic surgery in a confessional before making shady comments about her costars. “But thankfully Britani [Bateman] is in camo so she’s kind of invisible. I’ll be cordial with Whitney [Rose], but she’s like a little gnat that’s flying in your face at all times.”

Marks confesses her latest tweak to the ladies when Bronwyn Newport asks her why she plans on taking it easy on the slopes. “Doctor’s orders, I had a facelift like a month ago.”
She may have kept it a secret, but Rose reveals her early suspicions about Marks’ appearance. “When I saw Meredith at Angie’s house, I could tell something was different. I just couldn’t tell if it was her face or her hair, but I love that Meredith is telling us that she got a facelift and is wearing a wig, like that’s badass.” A producer then says that Marks never said she was wearing a wig, correcting the catty comment.
Most recently, Meredith opened up about undergoing her third — and hopefully “final” — breast reduction after dealing with a “weird” medical condition that causes her breasts to never stop growing. “I never wanted to be that big. I was always supposed to be a small C,” Marks revealed in a 2024 episode of Page Six’s Virtual Reali-Tea podcast. Despite her aversion to not wanting to surgically alter the look of her breasts for a fourth time, Marks at the time said she’d be willing to do whatever it takes to achieve her desired breast size, which she said likely fluctuated due to hormones.
“That’s the thing, clothes are fitting better now,” she said of her results. “When you have to go up two sizes to accommodate your chest, nothing sits right. It’s just not good.”

A rep for Marks told PEOPLE, “Meredith is absolutely thrilled with her results from Dr. Rosenberg in Los Angeles. She’s crossing her fingers that the third time really is the charm and that her breast tissue — clearly on a mission — finally decides to take a break, at least for a few years!”

In an October 2025 interview with New Beauty, Marks also talked about her use of cosmetic injectables and treatments. “I’m definitely a fan of Botox, not crazy heavy Botox, but light Botox. I like to still have a little bit of movement. I don’t like to be frozen. I’m not a filler person, contrary to what a lot of people think. I tried it many years ago and had everything dissolved, so there’s zero filler. I love threads.”
