Noah Beck has continued to remain active as police investigate allegations made against his sister.
On May 6, the 25-year-old influencer shared a cryptic post to his Instagram Stories, which appeared to be a screenshot of his lockscreen while listening to the Harry Styles track “The Waiting Game.” The lockscreen featured a photo of the handwritten text, “Make sure you're happy with your life online too.”
Earlier that day, Beck had celebrated turning 25 by posting a carousel that included a mix of personal photos and videos, including a mirror selfie wearing under-eye patches, and a beach snapshot holding a takeout container labeled “Happy Birthday Noah.”
The internet personality's social media activity comes amid an ongoing police investigation into allegations made against his sister, Haley Beck, 27, and scrutiny over a resurfaced video Noah filmed with his mom, Amy Beck, 55.
In April, Haley was terminated from her position as a high school teacher at Centennial High School in Peoria, Ariz., after an investigation found that she had allegedly groomed and had a sexual relationship with a student.

The district's statement of charges, obtained by PEOPLE, says that its investigation found that Haley allegedly offered oral sex to a former student, offered to buy him tequila, and paid him $630 via Apple Pay, citing over 4,000 texts between them from June 21 to Aug. 2, 2025, and a 194-page report from the Peoria Police Department's investigation.
On May 1, Peoria PD told PEOPLE that it was “looking into” a new tip that Haley had an inappropriate relationship with a second student, and on May 5, it confirmed it had conducted an interview with the “reporting party.”
A spokesperson for the Maricopa County Attorney's Office told PEOPLE last month that Haley's case is “under review” after the Peoria Police Department resubmitted its recommendation of a single pandering charge against Haley.
Separately, Amy — a teacher at Coyote Hills Elementary School, another school in Peoria Unified School District — was placed on paid administrative leave while the district investigated a recirculating video where Amy appeared to simulate performing oral sex with her son. In the clip, which was posted by Noah in April 2020, Amy mimes performing a sex act while lip-syncing to Jay Rock's track “Kings Dead,” which includes explicit lyrics about oral sex.

She returned to school on May 4 after her school and district “addressed concerns regarding videos that were published in 2020,” a spokesperson later shared.
On May 7, Noah posted an update that production had begun on a third Sidelined movie, following his starring roles in Sidelined: The QB and Me and Sidelined 2: Intercepted. He is also set to star in the Fox reboot of Baywatch later this year.

Noah, Amy and Haley have not responded to multiple requests for comment.
