Strahan and Quick, who is the co-founder of FIZZNESS, a wellness supplement company, have been linked since 2015. However, the two haven’t shared how they first met.
While the couple rarely shares photos together or is seen in public, Quick joined the former New York Giants player when he received a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame in 2023.

She also watched Strahan’s twin daughters, Sophia and Isabella, graduate from high school.
Over the years, Strahan has shared how much he loves being a dad. In 2016, the former professional athlete told PEOPLE how he makes his blended family work. “My kids give me strength,” he said. “I love being with the kids. To me, it’s all about family, now more than anything.”

Then in 2017, Strahan received a Father of the Year Award from The National Father’s Day Committee. He told PEOPLE of the honor: “I love being a father. It’s absolutely the most joy you’re going to have in your life. It’s also the most stress you’re going to have.”
In late 2023, Strahan’s family was rocked when his daughter Isabella was diagnosed with medulloblastoma — a common malignant brain tumor that arises in the cerebellum, a part of the brain located at the base of the skull.
The dad of four opened up to PEOPLE in January 2025 about how he navigated his daughter Isabella’s hardships. Strahan said he kept looking “to find the silver lining somewhere,” noting that there had to be “some light at the end of the tunnel.”
As of June 2024, Isabella is cancer-free after finishing her final round of chemotherapy.
