Police are searching for a missing 14-year-old Texas girl whose family said has struggled after the death of her brother three years ago.
The Conroe Police Department announced in a Wednesday, Aug. 26, social media post that Olivia “Reese” Arvidson-Tolar was last seen on Sunday, Aug. 23, at a residence in the April Sound area, between 10 p.m. and 11 p.m. local time.
Authorities believe she returned to the Klein or Spring area.
In an interview with CBS affiliate KHOU, Kelly Tolar, Olivia’s aunt, said the home was a family member’s residence. Her family realized around 2 a.m. Monday, Aug. 24, that she had vanished.
“We want her to know that we love her. She’s not in trouble,” Tolar told the outlet. “We just wanna know she’s OK and get her home where she belongs.”
She described Olivia as a “sweet little girl” who has her own unique style and is a fan of skateboarding and grunge.
Tolar noted that Olivia’s 22-year-old brother was killed in a car crash three years ago, and she has been struggling with her mental health since.
She had previously left home without permission, but her family would usually find her about an hour later. But this latest incident is different.
“She has never gone this long without contacting anyone,” Tolar said. Olivia’s phone was turned off or dead, and she doesn’t have her medication with her.
Olivia attends Klein Oak High School, authorities said. She is described as wearing a black sweatshirt, black and red pajama pants, and pink slippers.

“We just want her found safe,” Tolar said.
PEOPLE contacted the Conroe Police Department on Thursday, Aug. 27, but did not receive an immediate response.
