A man has been charged with second-degree murder after he allegedly killed his wife in a bloody attack at their Florida home.
On Thursday, May 28, the Monroe County Sheriff's Office (MCSO) responded to the home of Bradly Shawn Sadduck, 56, and his wife, Lynne Alane Shadduck, 62, after Bradly went to a neighbor's house and told him to call 911, according to Local 10, NBC 6 and the Miami Herald.
An MCSO arrest report stated that Bradly went to his neighbor's house just before 6 a.m. local time “with a Cleveland Browns blanket and no clothes on” to claim that his “f—ing whole house is full of blood, covered everywhere with blood,” per Local 10 and NBC 6.
Upon arrival, deputies found the home “in complete disarray,” with several broken items and “blood smears throughout the floor, along with a large pool of blood located in the center of the living room.”
While Bradly was still “completely naked and covered with a blanket,” officers found Lynne lying naked and unconscious in a hallway, covered in blood and with injuries on her back, the back of her head and her hands.

When asked what happened, Bradly allegedly told deputies that “things just happened” before repeatedly stating that his “wife needed help.” He later claimed that their home was in disarray due to “rough sex,” according to the arrest report, per the outlets.
Medics rushed Lynne to Lower Keys Medical Center, where she was pronounced dead later that morning.

“Bradly said that when he drinks, he passes out and doesn't remember anything,” MCSO Deputy Paul McNalley wrote in the arrest report, per Local 10. “Bradly doesn't remember going to his neighbor's home asking for help. Bradly then asked for a lawyer.”
One video allegedly shows Bradly going to his neighbor's house, appearing to have just gotten out of the shower, and another shows him banging on the windows and doors of another neighbor's home less than two hours before.
“Bradly at this time is shirtless and wearing a light-colored pair of shorts,” McNalley wrote. “Bradly is heard breathing heavily and attempts to open the front door by entering a passcode, but was unsuccessful.”
“Bradly is seen banging on the windows and doors for approximately (two to three) minutes,” the report continued. “Bradly is then seen grabbing the railing with both hands and shaking it. (The homeowner) gave consent to search, and there were two bloody prints located on that railing.”
After securing a search warrant, authorities entered Bradly and Lynne's home to find blood “throughout the entire residence,” the arrest report states. The main hallway also had a “bloody smear” on the floor, indicating that the victim may have been dragged down the hallway to the bathroom.
Bradly has been charged with second-degree murder, according to online jail records viewed by PEOPLE.
As of Friday morning, May 29, Bradly was being held in the MCSO's Key West jail facility after McNalley concluded that evidence showed what appeared to be “a significant fight and struggle for the victim," per Local 10.
Monroe County Sheriff Rick Ramsay said “there is no threat to the public” as the investigation remains ongoing, NBC 6 reported.
The Monroe County Sheriff's Office did not immediately respond to PEOPLE's request for comment.
