Katie Thurston’s husband Jeff Arcuri has got her back.
The Bachelorette alum, 35, revealed to PEOPLE at the Breast Cancer Research Foundation (BCRF) Hot Pink Party on Tuesday, May 12, in New York City, that her comedian husband went above and beyond to support her during her treatment for stage 4 breast cancer.
“He's been amazing,” Thurston tells PEOPLE of Arcuri, 38. “I mean, he postponed his world tour last year to just be with me during treatment.”
“The amount of donations he's made from his ticket sales to BCRF… He's there at every appointment. I don't know that I could do it without him, truly,” she adds.

Thurston’s comments come after she shared that she underwent a double mastectomy — and Arcuri was beside her through it all. The surgery was part of her continued treatment for stage 4 breast cancer, which has metastasized to her liver.
“Today is surgery day! Thank you all for your support leading up to this. Your prayers, love, and positive energy have been the embrace I've needed over the last year,” she wrote. “I still can't believe I'm at this moment. Surgery is 3 hours. I look forward to waking up on the other side of this!”

On his Instagram Stories, Arcuri also shared a photo of the former reality star after arriving at the hospital alongside a positive message.
“This beautiful badass just went in for surgery for her double mastectomy," he wrote of his wife on Instagram. “She is in amazing hands and spirits are HIGH. I'll be updating everyone as soon as I can!”
He later shared an update and said that “everything went GREAT” with the surgery. Thurston also shared a video from her hospital bed, boasting that her husband had “taken care of me so well” and that he would stay by her side through the entire recovery process.
