Jennifer Aniston and Jim Curtis couldn't be happier together.
The actress and the hypnotherapist recently celebrated the one-year mark in their relationship, and a source tells PEOPLE, “It's a great partnership and makes Jen very happy."
"Jim's a special guy. Everyone loves his energy," adds the insider.
Though Aniston, 57, is “incredibly focused on work right now" — she's currently filming season 5 of her Apple TV series The Morning Show — the source says Curtis has “always been very supportive of her schedule and everything that comes with it."

"They both have a lot going on professionally but make time for each other during the week whenever they can," says the source.
"They have a tight group of friends that they both enjoy spending time with,” the source adds. “Jen's very grateful for her life, and Jim came into it at a really good time. Their initial friendship made their relationship feel much more genuine from the start.”
The couple first sparked dating rumors in July 2025 when they were spotted together in Mallorca, Spain, with friends, including Jason Bateman, his wife Amanda Anka and Amy Schumer. Four months later, the Friends alum made their relationship Instagram official when she posted a photo of herself and Curtis for his birthday.

During a Jan. 26 appearance on the Today show to promote his book, The Book of Possibility, Curtis opened up about their relationship, explaining that they were introduced by friends.
“We found out that we had mutual friends and we started to just chat,” the health and wellness expert said. “It took a long time. We chatted for a long time, and we became close.”
Prior to Curtis' appearance on the NBC morning show, a source told PEOPLE that Aniston “feels really good about where things are with Jim.”
“She's excited about this new year and what's ahead, especially with Jim by her side now,” the source continued at the time. “Jen's always been fine on her own and comfortable being single, but her relationship with Jim is just different.”
The insider added, “She's very happy and comfortable. He's just so sweet and supportive of her. He makes her everyday life better.”
