Jenna Bush Hager would like her kids to stick to calling her “Mom.” The 44-year-old Today co-host recently opened up about the new way her three kids — Mila, 13, Poppy, 10, and Hal, 6 — have been getting her attention.
“My children have brought home a term that I wish they’d left at the old door,” Bush Hager shared on Wednesday, May 13, during the latest episode of Today with Jenna & Sheinelle. “They call me Biggie. They’re like, ‘Okay, Biggie!’ And I’m like, ‘Excuse me?’ They’re like, ‘Whatever, Biggie!’ ”
Noting that her kids have also given her husband, Henry Hager, the nickname, the TV personality said that she’s warned her eldest daughter to stop using the moniker. “I’m like, ‘Mila, stop saying this. Hal’s gonna go to school and his teacher’s gonna be like, ‘Now, Hal, please turn in your homework.’ And he’s gonna be like, ‘No way, Biggie!’ ” the former educator remarked.

Last month, when their mom introduced Queen Camilla at the New York Public Library, Mila made some comments about her mom’s speech that caused her to change it at the last minute. “I had to practice the introduction, and Mila actually said, 'You're talking too much about yourself,' " the host recounted on Today with Jenna & Sheinelle.
"And by the way, I woke up at 4 in the morning yesterday, and I changed the introduction,” she revealed, adding that Mila also told her that her “hair needed some work” before the event.
However, despite her harsh comments, the mom of three said her eldest daughter texted her after the event: “Proud of Y.”
