Hulk Hogan's Clearwater, Fla., mansion where he died in July 2025 has received a significant price cut nearly five months after it was first listed for sale.
PEOPLE previously reported when the home hit the market for $11 million in January. Since then, the price was brought down to $9 million in April, and it was most recently cut to $7.9 million as of Friday, June 12, according to property records. Hogan purchased the property in April 2012 for $3.3 million.
Last year, police were called to the pro wrestler's Florida home in response to a cardiac arrest on July 24. The WWE legend, whose real name is Terry Gene Bollea, was then transported to Morton Plant Hospital where he was declared dead at 71, according to a dispatch call reviewed by PEOPLE at the time.
Hogan's longtime Florida home is currently listed with Martha Thorn of The Thorn Collection at Coldwell Banker Realty.

The 5,400-square-foot property is described as a “true Mediterranean masterpiece,” per the listing. It features five bedrooms and five and a half baths, as well as sprawling views of the Gulf of Mexico. It also includes its own stretch of pristine beachfront.
Along with the larger main house, the compound includes a smaller adjacent property that Hogan purchased for $1.6 million in 2016, according to Realtor.com.
That home, which Hogan used as a guesthouse, was also put on the market for $4.5 million in March, but the price was recently cut to $3.9 million, the outlet reports.
Impressive amenities inside the larger home include a private elevator that offers access to every level.
