David Beckham is sharing a playful glimpse into his and wife Victoria Beckham's relationship.
On Thursday, April 23, David, 50, posted a photo of him and Victoria, 52, as they headed out to the 2026 TIME100 Gala, which was held at Jazz at Lincoln Center in New York City.
The Spice Girls singer, who was featured on this year's list of TIME's 100 Most Influential People in the World, donned an elegant silk ivory dress for the occasion, while David looked dapper in a black dinner jacket, white shirt and black bow tie.
As the couple posed for a mirror shot in their outfits, David, who pulled a face in the snap, made a joke about his wife’s Instagram-posting habits.
“My night every night we go out 🤨 quote of the night ‘you look great I'm gonna post this,’ ” 🙄 the former professional soccer player wrote on the social media site, tagging Victoria.

The designer also shared multiple snaps of their outfits for the prestigious event, with two photos in an Instagram carousel showing the couple smiling for the camera together as Victoria lovingly linked her arm around her husband’s.
A couple of further shots showed Victoria posing by herself, while a final image showed the businesswoman pouting while putting her arm around David, who had a huge grin on his face.
“Heading to the @time 100 Gala in NYC 🤍 Kisses @davidbeckham,” Victoria captioned the post.

The snaps came after Victoria mentioned her decades-long relationship with David during an appearance at the TIME100 Summit on Wednesday, April 22.
She told TIME editorial director Lucy Feldman while speaking onstage at the event in New York City that over the years, she’s learned to brush aside any scrutiny that comes with being half of such a well-known couple, per the outlet.
“This has been happening since I was 20, so it's been going on a long time,” Victoria, who tied the knot with David on July 4, 1999, shared. “I have an incredible husband who supports me enormously. We're always there for each other. And I learned a long time ago to really not listen to the noise. Someone's always going to have something to say. I focus and I just don't pay attention to it.”

Amid the ongoing family drama with the couple’s eldest son, Brooklyn Peltz Beckham, 27, Victoria was asked about navigating her “pretty challenging year” with David.
“We always put our children first,” Victoria insisted. “We love our children so much and have always really focused on protecting our children, but we laugh a lot. David Beckham is really, super funny.”
The couple also share sons Romeo, 23, and Cruz, 21, together, as well as daughter Harper, 14.
