Zendaya is speaking her mind on wedding etiquette.
While chatting with Elle Magazine at the Los Angeles premiere of her upcoming A24 film, The Drama, on Tuesday, March 17, Zendaya, 29, revealed what she believes the biggest wedding guest faux pas is.
"Wearing white, right?" she said while wearing the same bridal white Vivienne Westwood gown she previously donned at the 2015 Academy Awards, playing into rumors that she already wed her longtime partner, Tom Holland. "You can't, don't wear white to somebody else's wedding unless they tell you to."

At the same event, Zendaya played "I Do or I Don't" with Betches, in which she answered "I do" or "I don't" to rapid fire wedding questions. The actress-singer said wedding hashtags are "done," but won't judge a cash bar because "sometimes it's tough out here." Live bands are an "I do," but smashing wedding cake is a firm "I don't." "That's a big no. Isn't that like the No. 1 thing that people are going to get divorced? Don't put cake in my face," she said. She added that wearing an Apple watch on your wedding day is a no-go, joking, "We can track your heart any other day."
Speaking to PEOPLE at the premiere, Zendaya said that she tries to be a helpful guest whenever she attends weddings.
"I'm the kind of person that's like, ‘What do you need me to do?’ Do you know what I mean?" she said. "It's like, ‘What's going on? Do you need me to get the thing? Where's your mom? Do you want me to grab something? Whatever you need me to do.' "
You can find her on the dance floor if Montell Jordan's "This Is How We Do It" is playing, as she says that's the one song that "works every time" to "get people going." For her, "really good music" is the key to making a wedding successful. She explained to PEOPLE, "Dance is a universal language and people need music to set the vibe, to get the vibes going, get the party started."

On March 1, Zendaya's longtime stylist, Law Roach, claimed at the 2026 Actor Awards that the Euphoria star secretly had a wedding with Holland, and recently doubled down on his claim at the 2026 Oscars on March 15, telling Extra, "I said what I said."
Throughout the month, Zendaya has fueled marriage speculation by wearing what appears to be a wedding band at multiple events. She even poked fun at all the rumors during her March 16 appearance on Jimmy Kimmel Live! by posting a spoof wedding clip and debunking AI wedding photos.
The Drama releases in theaters nationwide on Friday, April 3.
