A 24-year-old woman was arrested for theft involving a man she met on the dating app Tinder.
Alexia Jocelyn Flores was arrested on one count of second-degree grand theft on Wednesday, Sept. 23, according to jail records viewed by PEOPLE. Flores was arrested in connection with an alleged theft on Sept. 20, after a man claimed to police that Flores stole two watches from his Miami home, according to an arrest affidavit obtained by PEOPLE.
The affidavit alleges that the pair met on Tinder and went to dinner on Sept. 19 before returning to the man’s home at around 11:21 p.m. that evening. It further alleges that the pair spent “several hours drinking together,” and at one point in the evening, the man asked Flores to leave the home.
The man claims that as she changed clothes in the bedroom and bathroom, he remained on the living room couch before he “escorted her to the elevator” at around 2:43 a.m. Upon returning to his home, the man claimed that two watches, including a $37,000 Rolex, were missing from his bedside table.
“The victim did not see the defendant take the watches,” the affidavit reads.
After he reported the incident to authorities, investigators say they observed Flores and the alleged victim entering the apartment building and Flores later exiting on her own after obtaining the apartment building’s surveillance footage.

Flores was arrested three days later, per police, and was interviewed at Miami Police headquarters. She denied taking the watches, and told authorities “she had been drugged and could not recall what happened afterward,” per the affidavit.
She was later arrested and transported to Turner Guilford Knight Correctional Center.
She pleaded not guilty on Thursday, Sept. 24, according to a written plea obtained by PEOPLE.
