After more than four years, 'Euphoria' is back on screens with season three! Read on to find out which character is most like your zodiac sign

Season 3 of Euphoria has been a long time coming, but on Sunday, April 12, it will finally arrive.

The HBO series that speaks to Gen Z about their setbacks, goals and relationships is giving us closure about the events we left off in Season 2 back in 2022. 

Zendaya, Hunter Schafer, Sydney Sweeney, Jacob Elordi and others are back to show us how life is going for the crew in their 20s. We get to have a firsthand look at whether they've grown and who they've become. 

Season 3 brings several surprises — particularly among the cast. Rosalía, Sharon Stone, Natasha Lyonne and many more join the series. Most of their roles are under wraps, but their screen appearances are met with excitement and anticipation from fans and audiences worldwide.

When Euphoria left us in 2022, Lexi (played by Maude Apatow) created havoc at the premiere of her play, exposing everyone's shenanigans by reading them for filth. Nate turned his father, Cal, over to the police and a raid followed after Ashtray's untimely death, as well as Fezco's arrest, and the inevitable breakup of Rue and Jules. 

Now that we are five years into the future, one might hope and assume that they are over the issues from the season two finale — or are they? Their new problems bring them back together in different ways. Adulting is hard!

Aries: Laurie

Laurie is a sinister character, which means she has ulterior motives within her relationship. Because of her ability to calm and temper her emotions, she is connected with Aries, as the ferocious sign can resort to unruly means to prove its point and provoke conflict. More often than not, she cannot be trusted, no matter how much Rue wants to.

Taurus: Leslie Bennett

Leslie is Rue's mother, a single parent raising her two children, who is figuring it out as she goes. There are moments when she's pushed to her limits because she wants the best for her children; however, she remains calm, and she only loses her composure in tense situations. Her love for them endures, as does Taurus's loyalty and devotion.

Gemini: Faye 

It's safe to say Faye is a Gemini because of her chatty nature. Faye likes to talk and share secrets, but learns to use her words wisely after uncontrollable factors force her to change. She is a snitch who ultimately refuses to comply due to her new alliances.

Cancer: Nate Jacobs 

Fans suggest conflicting dates for Nate's birthday, ranging from August to November, but in my opinion, he's a Cancer sun. Nate challenges his family's beliefs and knows how to manipulate others to get what he wants. On a good day, Cancers are nurturing; however, on bad days, they can use their emotional power to their advantage, facilitating the transition between both extremes. Fun fact: actor Jacob Elordi is also a Cancer sign!

Leo: Cassie Howard 

Since Cassie's birthday is on Aug. 16, she is a Leo. As you may know, based on the first two seasons of Euphoria, Cassie can be a drama queen at times. She seeks attention and adoration like Leo. Rest assured, Cassie does not hold back on the theatrics. Underneath it all, she is a sensitive lioness in need of love.

Virgo: Rue Bennett

Rue's birthdate is Sept. 14, aligning her with Virgo. Like many Virgos, Rue is introverted and sarcastic in the way she communicates. There is an internal conflict brewing within her, which most Virgos feel, as their minds and hearts often reach opposite conclusions. Still, she can process these sentiments in true Mercurial form by reflecting on her behavior and actions.

Libra: Elliot

Since Elliot plays up the conflict in the interpersonal relationship between Rue and Jules, it's safe to say that he's a Venusian child. Libra is ruled by the social planet, which is known to balance associations — Elliot tries to do this with Rue and Jules, even if he isn't successful in maintaining an equal footing with both of them. 

Scorpio: Cal Jacobs

Cal Jacobs, whose birthday is allegedly at the beginning of November, is a total Scorpio. He's deceptive toward himself and his family, particularly his sons, whom he gaslights and treats cruelly at times. Scorpios can be secretive and have tempers because they hold a lot of energy. The brooding intensity is found through the behavior of the intense Water sign. 

Sagittarius: Ali Muhammad

Ali is the ultimate Sagittarius because he shoots straight from the hip and is to the point — never holding back. The archer does not mince words, and neither does Ali when dealing with Rue. As a sponsor who aids Rue's recovery, Ali tries to hold her accountable and make her aware of her decisions, often showing his fiery wisdom.

Capricorn: Lexi Howard 

Lexi is an extremely levelheaded character and makes decisions based on intelligence rather than emotion, which is why her Nov. 7 (the Scorpio timeline) birthday doesn't align with her personality that is depicted on the show. She's realistic and careful in her observations, which she portrays in her art. Lexi is compassionate and nurturing, similar to the Earth sign Capricorn.

Aquarius: Maddy Perez 

Maddy's birthdate is Jan. 31, making her an Aquarius. Even though Maddy is one of the more popular girls at high school, she has a rebellious streak because she acts however she wants. At times, she can be a little dramatic, but she exudes an “it girl" mentality that allows her to rise above situations in her true Aquarius form. 

Pisces: Jules Vaughn

Jules's birthday is cited as Feb. 28, connecting her to Pisces. Jules has a deep emotional nature, which aligns with the zodiac's demeanor; both are known to have extreme feelings. She is an ethereal free spirit who exudes confidence, creativity, sensitivity and loyalty. Still, when it comes to matters of the heart, she can be reckless like a Pisces, loving unconditionally.
