NEED TO KNOW
- Elin Nordegren was married to Tiger Woods from 2004 until 2010
- The pair welcomed two children together
- She has been in a new relationship for several years, but has remained friends with Woods
Elin Nordegren was married to Tiger Woods for nearly six years before they called it quits.
After about three years of dating, the Swedish former model and the professional golfer got married in October 2004. They welcomed two children — Sam and Charlie — before their high-profile split and eventual 2010 divorce.
In November 2009, reports surfaced alleging that Woods had cheated on Nordegren with as many as a dozen other women. When Nordegren spoke to PEOPLE shortly after, she declined to go into the details of Woods' alleged affairs but said she had "been through hell."
"It's hard to think you have this life, and then all of a sudden — was it a lie?" she said. "You're struggling because it wasn't real. But I survived. It was hard, but it didn't kill me."
Now, with Woods making headlines again following his suspected DUI crash in Florida on March 27 and his subsequent arrest, a source told PEOPLE that Nordegren is "concerned" for her ex-husband. (Woods has since been charged with DUI causing property damage and refusal to submit to a lawful test.)
So, where is Elin Nordegren now? Here's everything to know about her life, 16 years after her divorce from Tiger Woods.

Woods and Nordegren met in 2001, when they were introduced by Swedish golfer Jesper Parnevik, whom Nordegren was nannying for at the time. The couple got married in October 2004 and divorced in August 2010 amid reports of the athlete's infidelity.
In the aftermath, Nordegren walked away from the marriage with a $100 million divorce settlement payout.
"Money doesn't make you happy, but I have to be honest: It is making some things easier," the former nanny told PEOPLE at the time. "I have the opportunity to be with my children as much [as] I want, and I am able to travel to see my family and also have them come here as often as I like."

Woods and Nordegren became parents in June 2007 when they welcomed their first child, daughter Sam Alexis Woods. Their family expanded when son Charlie Axel Woods was born in February 2009.
Both Sam and Charlie's names are tributes to family. Sam's name is an ode to the nickname Woods' father called him growing up, while Charlie's middle name is a nod to Nordegren's brother.
Sam graduated from The Benjamin School in Palm Beach Gardens and now attends Stanford University, Woods' alma mater, per Bleacher Report.
Meanwhile, her brother announced on Instagram in February 2026 that he had committed to play golf at Florida State University.

Although the end of their relationship was marked by scandal, Woods opened up to TIME in December 2015 about his post-divorce relationship with Nordegren, whom he called one of his "best friends."
"We're able to pick up the phone, and we talk to each other all the time," he said. "We both know that the most important things in our lives are our kids. I wish I would have known that back then."
The athlete added, "She talks to me about her life, I talk to her about my life. We try to help each other out on all occasions. And we work through it with the kids, the parenting program. She is one of my best friends now, and it's all because of my kids. … We've worked so hard at co-parenting."

Nordegren has been dating NFL alum Jordan Cameron, whom she met in 2017, for several years.
Cameron was a tight end for the Cleveland Browns and Miami Dolphins before retiring in 2017. He was also already a dad to one son when he began dating Nordegren.
Together, the pair have welcomed three children — Arthur, Zeta and Freya — and raise their six kids as a blended family.

Since her split from Woods, Nordegren has received her psychology degree and become a mental health counselor.
In March 2024, a friend of Nordegren's told PEOPLE that she is now "living her sweetest dream" with her kids and Cameron.
"Elin always wanted a big family and loved the idea of a house filled with kids," the source said.
Following Woods' crash and arrest in late March 2026, a source told PEOPLE that Nordegren was "concerned" and "wants him to be well."
"The kids are close with Tiger, so of course Elin cares too," the insider said. "She wants him to be well. Both kids are great and love spending time with their dad. Elin's concerned that he had another car crash and got arrested."
