Vanessa Hudgens is sharing a behind-the-scenes glimpse of a date night with her husband Cole Tucker.
The High School Musical alum, 35, posted a playful photo on Instagram on Sunday, Nov. 24, which featured herself and the baseball player, 28, laughing and posing for the camera on a dimly-lit street corner.
Hudgens wore a floor-length red satin dress and a black jacket, and kept her hair down in a soft, naturally curly style. Tucker, meanwhile, sported gray, slim-fitting dress pants with a matching plaid jacket and a classic white button-down shirt underneath. He completed the look with shiny black dress shoes and wore his long hair tied back in a ponytail.
“Call for a good time 😉😝,” Hudgens captioned the date-night photo.
Hudgens’ post is a rare one, as she and Tucker — who married in December 2023 — have kept their personal lives pretty private since welcoming a baby together over the summer. TMZ first reported that she had given birth on July 3, and shared photos of the actress and the baby heading home from the hospital that day.
In an Instagram Stories post shared on July 4, Hudgens acknowledged that she was not the first to share the news of her baby’s arrival, and criticized the release of the photos.
“We’re disappointed that our family’s privacy was disrespected and exploited during this very special time due to the greed of a long lens camera feeding the media,” she wrote at the time. “Despite all of that, mom dad and baby are happy and healthy.”
The Bad Boys: Ride or Die star first announced her pregnancy on the red carpet at the 2024 Oscars on March 10.

Since then, she has shared a few fun social media updates, including some selfies and a look at her Halloween attire.
In an Instagram post shared on Oct. 9, the actress wrote that she and Tucker had a “lil spooky date night,” as she wore a low-cut strappy black top, blue jeans and a black belt with a gold buckle.
Earlier this month, she also shared a series of selfies on Instagram, while dubbing herself “Miss rarely takes pics any more ✌🏽.”
The upload began with a photo of Hudgens wearing a jersey honoring A Tribe Called Quest as she flashed a peace sign to the camera. Another photo showed her puckering her lips as she took a close-up snap wearing a black tee and brown furry bucket hat.
She followed up with an image of herself posing in front of a mirror, wearing an oversized sweatshirt as she stood beside a glass of wine and a candle. For the last photo, she showcased herself wearing a black hoodie with two high-up pigtails.
Hudgens previously spoke to E! News in May about how she plans to raise her baby, telling the outlet that she hopes to show her kids all her movies and TV shows when they’re older.
“I’ll show my kids all my work. That’s why I chose things along the way in my career. I wanted to make sure that when I did have kids, there would be something for them to watch at every age,” she explained.
