The new app, now available on the App Store and Google Play, is designed to streamline the customer experience by bringing multiple features into one place. Users can make reservations, browse the menu, place pickup orders and quickly reorder past favorites — all while tracking rewards in real time.
The platform will also allow users to enable notifications for updates and reward alerts, making it easier for frequent diners to stay connected to new offers.
The launch marks the latest move by The Cheesecake Factory to modernize how guests interact with the brand, arriving just as the restaurant rolls out fresh seasonal menu offerings.
As previously reported by PEOPLE, the chain is known for its expansive menu, which includes everything from indulgent comfort food to lighter, spring-ready dishes. Newer options lean into brighter flavors and balanced plates, offering a mix of hearty entrées and shareable bites alongside the restaurant’s signature desserts.
Naturally, cheesecake remains the main event. With dozens of flavors — from classic to over-the-top creations — the new app’s free slice reward gives fans an easy excuse to revisit a favorite or try something new.
Together, the app launch and seasonal menu updates reflect a broader push to meet diners where they are, combining convenience with the kind of variety the brand has built its reputation on.
And for anyone still skeptical — yes, the free cheesecake is real.
