Super Bowl LX may have been full of some tense moments, but brands such as Uber Eats, Dunkin' Donuts, Pringles and more made sure to bring some levity

Super Bowl Sunday not only means a big game, but also big ads.

While the Seattle Seahawks were battling it out with the New England Patriots for the title of Super Bowl Champion 2026, some of the world's biggest brands stuck with tradition, offering their most creative, hilarious and unexpected ads to cut through the tension of the game.

Ben Affleck came back as a dedicated Dunkin' Donuts fanatic, Sabrina Carpenter made her debut with Pringles and The Backstreet Boys brought one of their hits to T-Mobile, as part of a host of ads that aired during the game.

Below, check out the best commercials from this year's Super Bowl, and the few that got some mixed reviews.

Best Ongoing Bit with Even More Star Power: Dunkin' Donuts

Ben Affleck reprised his role as Dunkin' Donuts' biggest fan, and he brought some more star power.

In his fourth Super Bowl commercial for the coffee brand, the Good Will Hunting star takes us back in time, to a period where "a much better version of Good Will Hunting" was in the works. We are then treated to some of our favorite stars from '80s and '90s sitcoms as they help "throwback" Affleck rework the 1997 classic.

Most On-Brand Debut: Pringles

Making her Super Bowl commercial debut, Sabrina Carpenter brought her cheeky humor to Pringles. Fed up with real men, the "Manchild," singer builds a boyfriend named Pringleleo out of her favorite chip and while things are going well for a while, they eventually turn sour, but not for all the reasons she usually sings about in her music.

Best Callback to a Road Trip Classic: State Farm

Also making his Super Bowl commercial debut, Jon Bon Jovi made a brief cameo in State Farm's ad, which sees Keegan-Michael Key and Danny McBride reimagine his 1986 hit, "Livin' on a Prayer," to a version that suits their subpar insurance company, Halfway There Insurance.

Best Way to Create Fan Fare: T-Mobile

Anywhere the Backstreet Boys are, so are their hordes of fans. The beloved group took a break from selling out the Sphere in Vegas to tell fans all about the perks of switching to T-Mobile. Netflix included, Kevin's hair flowing in the wind and a free serenade, we must say, a strong case was made.

Biggest Tearjerker: Lay’s

In Lay’s “The Last Harvest,” directed by Taika Waititi, a father-daughter duo who run a potato farm take a trip down memory lane before the dad passes the business down to his child. There’s nothing that tugs at the heartstrings like a generational story, and if that didn’t bring you to tears, Keane’s “Somewhere Only We Know” over the commercial certainly will.

Worst News for Parents: 'Minions & Monsters'

The Minions are back for more. Despicable Me’s beloved yellow creatures return in the upcoming animated film Minions & Monsters, out on July 1. The trailer, which premiered in full on Illumination and Universal Pictures’ YouTube, teased the summer film that will drive parents of young children ba-na-nas.

Best Call-to-Action: Redfin

Soundtracked by Lady Gaga’s soulful rendition of Mr. Rogers’ “Won’t You Be My Neighbor?” appealed to our growing need for community. Through two acts of kindness from neighbor to neighbor, Redfin delivered one of the more emotional ads of this year’s Super Bowl (all while promoting their nationwide search for a $1 million home in their app).

It’s Just Vibes: Poppi

The Moment costars Charli xcx and Rachel Sennott starred in a high-octane, chaotic commercial for probiotic soda brand Poppi. A man spewed confetti out of his mouth, Sennott fell through the ceiling and waved around a flamethrower, and we couldn’t tell exactly what they were going for. But, we got the vibe.

Most Unexpected Nerds: Pokémon

To celebrate the 30th anniversary of the iconic franchise, stars like Lady Gaga, Trevor Noah, BLACKPINK’s Jisoo and Never Have I Ever’s Maitreyi Ramakrishnan revealed their favorite Pokémon. Fittingly, Gaga identifies most with the singing Jigglypuff, and Noah’s affection for the comical Psyduck makes sense.

Wait, That Was About Hydration?: Liquid IV

Liquid IV was here to remind us all to stay hydrated, which is always appreciated. However, having a bunch of toilets sing Phil Collins' "Against All Odds" while we were enjoying our Super Bowl wings was less than ideal.

Worst Trip to an Alternate Universe: Bosch

Guy Fieri has rocked his signature blonde hair and pristine goatee for decades, so seeing him dressed as a "regular guy" was a touch uncomfortable. Thankfully, his Bosch tools keep him feeling like himself, so we don't have to worry about living in a world where there's no flavor.

Turning Back the Clock: Xfinity

Jeff Goldblum, Laura Dern and Sam Neill had a Jurassic Park reunion, and it felt like no time had passed, since they look exactly the same as they did in the 1993 classic. Dern wore her character Ellie’s tied pink button-up, while Goldblum rocked the brown hair that turned him into the ‘90s heartthrob we all know and still love.

Most Cases for A.I.: Multiple Brands

A.I. made its presence felt as companies such as Genspark.ai, Anthropic and Codex A.I. managed to secure spots during the big game. Other brands such as Svedka and Oakley also made the case for A.I., with the former bringing back their famous Fembot — now joined by a BroBot — and the latter revealing they're collaborating with Meta on smart glasses.
