Has Tamra Judge left The Real Housewives of Orange County? It certainly seems like it.
On Sunday, March 9, the Vena CBD founder shared a message to her Instagram Story that appeared to look as a resignation letter for her time on the Bravo series.
“It was a long run!” Judge, 57, said. “When life gives you real problems, this reality shit doesn’t make sense.”
“Peace out ✌️ I’m out,” she wrote in the conclusion to her post.
PEOPLE reached out to the star for comment, as well as a representative for Bravo (the network typically doesn’t comment on casting).
A source tells PEOPLE Judge is currently filming RHOC‘s on a cast trip to New Orleans with her Orange County Housewives Shannon Storms Beador, Heather Dubrow, Gina Kirschenheiter, Emily Simpson, Jennifer Pedranti and Katie Ginella.
Grethcen Rossi is there, too. She’s been absent from the show since 2013, but returned this season as a Friend — though likely not as a Friend of Judge’s. The two were mostly at odds when they crossed-paths during their time on the show, and have remained on the outs in the years following.

Judge has been on RHOC since it’s third season. She left the series in 2020 after season 14, but returned in 2023 for season 17.
Throughout the years on the show, Judge given RHOC some of its most memorable moments, including the franchise’s first wine toss. She also led a three-episode spinoff series, Tamra’s OC Wedding, which chronicled her June 2013 wedding to husband Eddie Judge at the Monarch Beach Resort in Dana Point, California.
In addition to her time on RHOC, Judge has appeared on other spinoffs for the network including Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Trip: Ex-Wives Club and The Traitors.

Back in February, she underwent emergency surgery after doctors found multiple tumors on her brain, which they believed to have been growing for at least 6 months. Further tumors in that area remain, she shared on March 2, while two more have been found in her lungs.
Immunotherapy, according to Mellencamp, begins Tuesday, March 11 at 11 a.m. local time.
“I am feeling positive and excited that I will beat these tumors,” she wrote.
