It’s been 20 years since The Real Housewives debuted, and Bravo knows how to celebrate!
Seven original stars from across the franchise have come together to star in The Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Trip: Roaring 20th, which premieres on Bravo on Aug. 9. The sixth season of the Ultimate Girls Trip will star Vicki Gunvalson, Luann de Lesseps, Porsha Williams, Teresa Giudice, Kyle Richards, Gizelle Bryant and Lisa Barlow.
Unlike past seasons, the seven women will travel across the country to reunite with a record-breaking 82 fellow Housewives all-stars.
“When I knew it was the OGs and the 20-year anniversary I’m like, ‘I cannot not be a part of that,’ ” Richards told PEOPLE of accepting the call to join the cast. “It was an honor to be asked. When we started this, people were like, ‘Is reality television even going to be around for long?’ And look at this! How could we not want to celebrate that.”

Vicki Gunvalson, also known as “the OG of the OC,” was one of the first cast members in the entire franchise when she starred on the original series The Real Housewives of Orange County.
The mother of two went on to appear in almost all of the show’s 20 seasons and displayed all her ups and downs over the years, including a divorce, raising her two children, whooping it up with the Tres Amigas and running her longtime business Coto Insurance.
“I became much more resilient to the conflicts in life, and I realized it will pass,” Gunvalson told PEOPLE of what the franchise has taught her. “I’m also not on social media as much. I don’t take it personal anymore. I’m like, ‘They are miserable and now they want me to be miserable and that’s not going to happen.’ ”
She previously starred in season 2 of Ultimate Girls Trip.

Luann de Lesseps

Luann de Lesseps is no stranger to riding the reality TV rollercoaster.
The cabaret singer starred on The Real Housewives of New York City from its debut in March 2008 until the final season featuring the original cast members before it was rebooted for season 14. Even after de Lesseps left RHONY, she stayed in the Bravo universe with Love Hotel, The Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Trip seasons 1 and 4 and Luann & Sonja: Welcome to Crappie Lake, alongside her longtime costar Sonja Morgan.
Similar to several of her fellow Ultimate Girls Trip costars, de Lesseps has never shied away from putting her life on display and filmed her 2017 arrest, whirlwind marriage to Tom D’Agostino and her cabaret career.
“For me, I’ve had my ups and downs for sure over the years, but you know what I’ve learned is that you can’t take life too seriously,” she told PEOPLE. “It’s a TV show in the end. I’ve learned to have a good sense of humor and laugh at myself and play with it. No matter what happens, you have to pick yourself back up.”

Porsha Williams

Porsha Williams may not have joined The Real Housewives of Atlanta until season 5, but it didn’t take long for her to become a staple on the show.
The “Flatline” singer starred on RHOA from seasons 5 through 13 before making her grand return for season 16 in 2024. In between her time on RHOA, Williams starred in her own spinoff series, Porsha’s Family Matters, in 2021 and Ultimate Girls Trip season 3.
Throughout her time on Bravo, Williams made a name for herself as one of the more outspoken women in the franchise who has shown her divorces, activism, the birth of her daughter and her rocky friendships on-screen.
“I have allowed myself to reinvent myself,” she reflected to PEOPLE. “[My first season], I used to see myself one way, as a wife through my husband’s eyes. And [after my divorce] being so young at 30, I went right into how the audience saw me … And the audience, although they’re supportive and I love them, they’re on my ride. So let me lead my life and reinvent, become who I want to be.”

Teresa Giudice

Teresa Giudice is another woman who has put it all out there.
Giudice is the only original cast member on The Real Housewives of New Jersey who has starred in all 14 seasons and will continue to star in the upcoming 15th season.
From the beginning, in May 2009, Giudice didn’t shy away from the cameras and showed her welcoming her fourth daughter, going through a divorce from Joe Giudice, finding love again with husband Louie Ruelas, having a tumultuous relationship with brother and sister-in-law Joe and Melissa Gorga and even serving time in prison in 2015 on fraud charges.
In addition to RHONJ, Giudice starred in Ultimate Girls Trip season 1 and Teresa Checks In.
“I only know how to be one way; it’s being real. I’m not calculated. Everyone actually saw the last 20 years of my life,” she told PEOPLE.

Kyle Richards

Kyle Richards helped launch The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills when it premiered in October 2010, and she’s maintained her place as an original cast member ever since.
The actress, who had already risen to fame for her role in Halloween, originally appeared on the franchise with her sister Kim Richards. They also have another sister, Kathy Hilton.
Just like the rest of her Ultimate Girls Trip colleagues, Richards has displayed the good, the bad and the ugly over the years — including her separation from her husband of 27 years Mauricio Umansky, exploring sobriety and public tumult with both of her sisters.
“A common theme here is resilience,” Richards told PEOPLE. “All of these women have gone through difficulties and come out the other side. Hopefully we can inspire other people too. We’re still standing, and guess what? You can too.”
She previously starred in Ultimate Girls Trip season 1.

Gizelle Bryant

Gizelle Bryant rose to Bravo fame when she was cast on The Real Housewives of Potomac for its debut season in 2016.
The mother of three has continued starring on RHOP over the last 10 seasons, as well as Love Hotel and season 3 of Ultimate Girls Trip.
Over the last decade, Bryant has shared details from her on-again, off-again relationship with ex-husband Jamal Bryant, tumultuous legal battle with her family and close friendship with former cast member Robyn Dixon.
“It’s nice to be with women that understand what we do and get it,” she said of joining the 20th anniversary cast. “This is a very authentic group. I appreciate that because I think on our individual shows, we don’t necessarily have that. I’m not with a group of seven other women on my show that are comfortable in their own skin and that are authentic.”

Lisa Barlow

Lisa Barlow may be on one of the newer Real Housewives franchises, but that hasn’t stopped her from quickly becoming a fan favorite.
The Vida Tequila founder has starred on The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City since 2020 and has navigated the ever-changing cast dynamics through the upcoming seventh season.
In addition to going through friendship troubles with several of her costars, Barlow has also dealt with marital stress with husband John Barlow and one of her cast members allegedly secretly running a gossip account.
