Paris Jackson is the second child of Michael Jackson and Debbie Rowe, following her older brother, Prince Jackson. She is Michael’s middle child and his only daughter; his youngest son, Bigi (formerly known as Blanket), was born via surrogate. Paris was just 11 years old when her father tragically died in 2009.

In the years since, Paris has forged a career of her own in the entertainment industry. She signed a major modeling contract in 2017 and made her acting debut that same year, going on to balance work across fashion, film, television and music. In 2018, she formed the folk duo The Soundflowers with then-boyfriend Gabriel Glenn. Following their 2020 split, Paris pursued a solo music career, releasing her debut album, Wilted, later that year. She has continued making music in the years since and is set to release her sophomore album, Happiest Day of My Life, on August 21, 2026.

Paris has also been candid about her personal journey and struggles with addiction. In January 2025, she celebrated five years of sobriety from drugs and alcohol, and by 2026, she marked six years sober. She has credited music with helping her through difficult periods in her life and has continued to speak openly about her recovery, identity and experiences growing up in the public eye.

Paris became engaged to music producer Justin Long in 2024 after dating for about two years, but confirmed in July 2025 that they had ended their engagement. During an August 12, 2026, appearance on Call Her Daddy, she opened up about the breakup and explained that ending the relationship was a choice she needed to make for her own happiness. She also reflected on her childhood with Michael, her past struggles with substance abuse and how her priorities have changed since getting sober.
