Patrick Mahomes and Brittany Mahomes went from high school sweethearts to parents of three and Super Bowl rings!

The Kansas City Chiefs quarterback met Brittany (née Matthews) at Whitehouse High School in Texas, and they began dating in 2012, when he was a sophomore and she was a junior. Both were elite athletes — Brittany has played professional soccer and co-founded the Kansas City Current — and supported each other at their respective games.

They also did very normal teenage couple things, like taking goofy selfies, attending prom and, as Patrick recalled to Today in December 2020, "showing up at the family dinner type stuff and being nervous and everything."

Their relationship stayed strong through college, and the two wed in Hawaii in March 2022. Patrick and Brittany have supported each other through career milestones and injuries, embraced family time with their children — daughters Sterling Skye and Golden Raye and son Patrick "Bronze" Lavon III —and enjoyed some pretty great matching moments with Taylor Swift.

In September 2019, Brittany posted a birthday tribute to Patrick alongside a high school photo of the pair rocking pink and black outfits.

"Im glad you loved me through the glitter eyeshadow days," she wrote on X (formerly Twitter). "Happy Birthday babe."

The pair adorably reenacted the photo 12 years later.

Patrick gave Brittany a boost at a concert at L.A.'s Exposition Park in February 2017.

Though the two were apart for college — Brittany attended the University of Texas at Tyler, while Patrick was at Texas Tech — Brittany still got the merch to support her man while supporting him at an away game against Oklahoma State University in November 2016.

Patrick was a quarterback for the Red Raiders, while Brittany was a standout forward on UT Tyler's soccer team.
