It's time for the 2026 Oscar nominations.
The nominees for the 98th Academy Awards are being announced by Danielle Brooks and Lewis Pullman on Thursday, Jan. 22, at 8:30 a.m. ET, including for a brand-new category: Best Casting.
This year, a total of 201 movies were in contention for Best Picture consideration, but only 10 will make the cut.
Conan O'Brien is returning to host the Oscars live on Sunday, March 15, at 7 p.m. ET on ABC and streaming on Hulu. (Starting in 2029, the award show will air on YouTube.)
