Nicole Scherzinger sustained a nasty injury just one hour before she was set to perform onstage.
On Sunday, Sept. 27, the singer, 48, shared a candid photo on her Instagram Stories showing burns and blisters on her leg after she said boiling water spilled on her before a performance at PSD Bank Dome in Düsseldorf, Germany, on Saturday, Sept. 26.
“Nothing like boiling water falling on your leg an hour before your set — But the show must go on,” she wrote. “Thanks Düsseldorf for keeping me going. See you soon Amsterdam.”

Scherzinger — who has reunited with the Pussycat Dolls following her Tony Award-winning run as Norma Desmond in Sunset Blvd. on Broadway — is currently in the midst of the PCD Forever Tour with bandmates Kimberly Wyatt and Ashley Roberts.
Though the three women were supposed to embark on a worldwide tour, the group canceled the North American leg in May due to low ticket sales, Variety reported.

“Dolls: We want to share an important update with you,” the group said in a social media message at the time. “When we announced the PCD Forever Tour, we hoped to bring the show to fans across the world. After taking an honest look at the North American run, we’ve made the difficult and heartbreaking decision to cancel all but one of the North America dates.”
“Our U.K. and European dates are still moving forward as planned, and the response has been incredible, with several shows already sold out,” they continued. “We are putting everything into making this show a true celebration of the music and the memories, for the fans who have been with us from the beginning and those discovering us for the first time. We’re working hard to create the kind of show we’ve always dreamed of bringing to you. We cannot wait to bring this reunion to Europe and make these nights unforgettable.”

Original Pussycat Dolls members Carmit Bachar and Jessica Sutta previously spoke out about not being included in the reunion.
“I was not contacted regarding the group’s decision to move forward, and I learned of these plans at the same time as the public,” Bachar, 52, said in a statement on Instagram, adding that given her role in the group’s early foundation and the connections that led to its record deal, she “would have appreciated direct communication.”
Similarly, Sutta, 44, gave her candid response online, explaining, “I was never planning to return under the current circumstances, and unfortunately I’m still unable to dance due to ongoing health issues. Because of that, the recent news was difficult for me.”
In March, Scherzinger, Wyatt and Roberts appeared on the 3rd Hour of Today to discuss their comeback. They took time to address the former group members who said they hadn’t been invited back.
“It has been an ever-changing lineup, and this is what it looks like now in 2026. And you never know what comes next,” Wyatt, 44, said. “And I think ultimately we’ve gotta protect our peace, and when something like The Pussycat Dolls has history, we have ruptured in the past and right now we are repairing and we’re sort of on the same page with that.”
The PCD Forever Tour is set to conclude on Oct. 30 with a performance in São Paulo, Brazil.
