Posties certainly have an affinity for carbs — especially ones they can “grip, rip and dip.”
Back by pop-ular demand, PopUp Bagels — a buzzy NYC bagel shop that has taken over TikTok — is reintroducing its New York Post and Page Six collab, a NYC-themed cream cheese appropriately called the “Big Apple Schmear.”
The spread, which first launched in June 2024, is a sweet, caramel-apple-filled delicacy made to be paired with the shop’s iconic soft-yet-chewy hot bagels (namely the salt bagel, making the perfect sweet-and-salty treat).
Hungry fans can get their hands on the special collaboration from March 27 to April 2 at all PopUp Bagels locations.
To celebrate opening of PopUp Bagels’ newest shop on 57th St. in Manhattan, “Page Six Radio” hosts Danny Murphy, Evan Real and Ian Mohr became “Bagel Bouncers,” handing out hot bagels to a long line of eager carb-lovers waiting to grab a bite on their morning commute.
The trio brought the energy while a DJ spun tunes to ensure New Yorkers started their weekend off right.
PopUp Bagels has grown exponentially since its first store opening in 2021, already expanding throughout the NYC boroughs and Connecticut into Boston, with plans for further expansions to Florida and North Carolina.
In addition to its rapid franchise growth, the eatery continues to deliver creative collaborations each week, drawing foodies who literally line up around the block to snag its Instagrammable schmears that are actually worth the hype.
Mohr, Murphy and Real will bring the latest celebrity and pop culture news from The New York Post’s iconic entertainment brand to the airwaves starting March 31 at 8 a.m. ET on SiriusXM channel 109.
Listeners can tune into “Page Six Radio” daily from 8 a.m. to 10 a.m. ET, or listen on demand on the SiriusXM app; it’s the perfect pairing for your bagel loaded up with Big Apple Schmear!
