I’ve been traveling for more than 20 years, but it’s my mom’s four decades of experience that has helped me master how to pack a carry-on. I normally separate my tops and bottoms into different packing cubes, with sweaters getting their own dedicated one. Then, the mesh top makes it easy to see what’s packed where, so I no longer have to dig through my suitcase to find everything.
