Megan Fox is focused on co-parenting following the arrival of her baby girl.
A source close to the actress tells PEOPLE that Fox, 38, is planning on co-parenting with ex Machine Gun Kelly, born Colson Baker, but is not interested in rekindling their romance after they welcomed their first baby together earlier this week.
“It feels magical to her that she now has a baby girl too,” the source tells PEOPLE. “She’s doing great and over the moon about her baby girl.”
“The last few months alone have been difficult for her,” they continue. “At this point, she plans on co-parenting with Colson, but that’s it. She won’t be getting back together with him.”

Reps for Kelly and Fox did not immediately respond to PEOPLE’s request for comment.
Alongside her baby girl, Fox is mom to three kids, who she shares with ex Brian Austin Green — Noah Shannon, 12, Bodhi Ransom, 11, and Journey River, 8.
On Thursday, March 27, Kelly revealed Fox had welcomed her fourth baby, a girl. The singer shared the exciting news on his Instagram as he posted a video of himself with his newborn daughter.
“She’s finally here!! our little celestial seed ,” Kelly wrote in the caption. “3/27/25.” In the black-and-white video, Kelly can be seen holding his baby daughter’s hand, stroking her fingers.
After the former couple welcomed their little one, a source exclusively told PEOPLE that Fox and Kelly “are on the same page when it comes to co-parenting.”

“Whatever issues they have, Megan and MGK both are on the same page when it comes to co-parenting,” the source said. “Right now they’re amicable.”
“No one would be surprised if they gave their relationship another try down the line,” the insider added at the time. “But right now they’re focused on what’s best for their daughter.”
Fox and Kelly got engaged in January 2022. They called it quits at the end of November 2024, just weeks after announcing that they were expecting a baby together.
Shortly after their breakup, a source told PEOPLE that Fox was feeling grateful for the co-parenting support she receives from ex-husband Green and his fiancée Sharna Burgess as she navigated the split from her ex-fiancé.
“She’s in a good place with both Brian and Sharna. She gets along really well with Sharna,” the source said in December. “Megan trusts her around the boys.”
