A California man has been arrested in connection with the death of a missing teenager whose decomposing leg was found in December.
Abraham Feinbloom, 51, is being held without bail in Imperial County Jail on suspicion of murder and resisting a peace officer in connection with the death of 17-year-old T'Neya Tovar, according to a Feb. 14 press release from the Imperial County Sheriff's Office.
The sheriff's office said deputies working with the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) served a search warrant at a home in the 2800 block of Harlequin Court in Salton City on Friday, Feb. 13.
According to the release, Feinbloom was observed jumping a fence "in what appeared to be an attempt to evade law enforcement," but was quickly apprehended by local authorities.
