Lindsay Lohan is sharing rare photos of herself enjoying family time with son Luai.
On Friday, Jan. 31, the Mean Girls actress, 38, shared first images of her son, Luai Shammas, having a fun day at the zoo by exploring different animal exhibits.
In the cover photo of her Instagram carousel, Lohan began with a sweet picture of her husband, Bader Shammas, holding the toddler as the father-son duo gazed into the distance at an outdoor enclosure.
The next photo was a close-up shot of a lion, basking in the sun while laying in the grass.
Another upload from their fun-filled day at the zoo showed Luai touching glass that housed a large snake on the other side of the barrier.
Lohan and Shammas, also 38, welcomed their baby boy in September 2023 after the Parent Trap actress announced her pregnancy in March of that year.
But zoo photos weren’t the only images in her social media post, captioned “🫶.”
The proud mama also shared a smiling selfie of her and Shammas in the back of a vehicle, a behind-the-scenes picture of her from a photo shoot, pictures with friends and several images of the parents with Luai — including a close-up of her holding her son’s hand.
Last month, Lohan opened up about Christmas time with her family, specifically Luai, for Alexa Holiday Fashion 2024 with The New York Post.
When it came to wrapping presents, she admitted: “For my son, I want to do fun ones. If he sees dinosaur wrapping paper, he gets excited.”
“So that’s what’s fun for me — wrapping presents and putting up the tree. And filming every moment of it,” the Our Little Secret actress added.
She noted that since becoming a mother, it’s been her absolute pleasure to “do everything for the baby.”
“For me, everything is about my child and my family and my household, and making sure that my work is in line with what’s going to work for everyone else,” the actress continued.
During a November 2024 appearance on Today, Lohan admitted to co-hosts Hoda Kotb and Jenna Bush Hager that there’s one thing she can’t skip out on when it comes to her son.
“I have this thing,” the Confessions of a Teenage Drama Queen star said. “Since my son was born, I take a picture of him every single morning the second he wakes up. And I can’t miss it, so I need to be on his schedule.”

At the time, Lohan admitted she had no idea what she would end up doing with all of the photos, but said Shammas let her know she would have to do the same for their next child.
“I’m like, well that’s a whole other story!” she joked.
