The Emmy-winning TV personality and host of the LadyGang podcast will publish a new book, The F— Them Theory: Self Help for People Who Are Done Being the Bigger Person, this fall via Blackstone Publishing.
The F— Them Theory, for which PEOPLE can exclusively reveal the cover, is a new kind of self-help book. The title first arose after Knight realized she was done with consistently feeling like she "wasn’t enough,” per its official synopsis.

“I wrote The F— Them Theory: Self Help for People Who Are Done Being the Bigger Person because I was exhausted by how much energy I was wasting managing other people’s opinions, expectations and projections, even while outwardly ‘succeeding,’ ” Knight tells PEOPLE.
“We’re taught to be quiet, good and endlessly zen, to absorb the crap that comes our way without ever pushing back. I believe we owe it to ourselves to have hard conversations, stand up for ourselves, and yes, sometimes be a little petty, unhinged and motivated by revenge.”

“F— Them isn’t about anger or cruelty; it’s about freedom. It’s about taking disappointment, rejection and heartbreak and turning them into rocket fuel,” Knight continues. “This book is for anyone who’s done everything ‘right’ and still feels stuck or burned out, offering stories and practical tools to reclaim your power and build a life that actually feels good, not just one that looks good."
Knight is also a co-author of the book LadySecrets: Real, Raw and Ridiculous Confessions of Womanhood.
The F—Them Theory will be published on Nov. 17 and is now available for preorder, wherever books are sold.
